Firelight

Selected for British Society of Master Glass Painters Touring Exhibition '30cm²' 2004-2005. This layered panel has strips of mirror behind to bounce light at different angles into the panel. It was created with handcut stencils, sandblast and applied colour. The layering creates a sort of optical illusion with kinetic interface happening as you move around the piece and chinks of light break through the glass.
